With just over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Zach brings a comprehensive set of skills to the Club Mark team. Zach specializes in the development of operational efficiency and accountability systems, as well as member service and culture coaching for both management and line-level teams. The implementation of such systems and trainings has led to client results of $1 million dollars a year in net financial impact. Zach’s experience includes the gamut of the hospitality industry; including multi-unit golf & country club management companies, large member-owned country clubs, restaurant groups, independent fine-dining restaurants and corporate hotels. Prior to joining the Express team, some Zach managed and consulted for companies such as Eagle Golf, Omni Hotels, N9NE Group and Gaylord Hotels & Resorts; as well as owned and operated a casual-fine dining restaurant in the DFW market. Zach lives by many mantras, but none more important than, “People don’t care how much you know, until they know how much you care.”.
