In 1995, Rick and Donna Coyne, along with BoardRoom Publisher, John Fornaro, envisioned an organization that would provide membership and marketing education, certification and representation to membership professionals in the private club industry. Professional Club Marketing Association, (PCMA) has become the embodiment of that vision.
As part of the certification process, PCMA wanted members to have 24/7 access to training modules leading to their eventual certification as Certified Marketing Professionals. (CMP) To date over 500 membership professionals have received that designation.
