360 Membership and Communications Management

Using the Roadmap to Sustainability diagram, the 360 process begins with full diagnostic overview of your club and its market leading to the development of an overall membership strategy complete with management engagement, staff training and an on-site membership professional to facilitate the team accountable efforts. Most of the products and services of CMC are utilized including member survey, new move-in listings, branding, communications strategies, Board retreats and others. The term is a minimum of two years and can be extended upon request. Each engagement is custom designed around your Club's needs. Monthly fees and commissions are commensurate to the services included in the engagement.
