Short Term Programs – Successful Programs Don't Just Happen

CMC's short term initiatives are created specifically for short membership campaigns that will attract specific numbers of new members over a specific period of time. CMC has several programs to choose from that can be initiated quickly to replenish lost members. The decision on which program is predicated upon the level of aggressiveness required to meet your specific membership objectives.

From a simple evaluation of your market, to a complete renovation of your membership program, Club Mark has the experience and personnel to make your goals and objectives achievable. While we achieve short term goals for each of our client Clubs, we always look long term to ensure that what we recommend to you today reflects as positively five years from now.

Our approach is to thoroughly examine your club and its market to determine what issues may be affecting your ability to effectively market your memberships. Once we are satisfied that we completely understand the core issues we will write a comprehensive set of membership recommendations. Long Range Programs - Successful Membership Strategies Are Based Upon Research, Data and Your Vision of the Future

Anyone can sell new members quickly through discounts and other gimmicks, but selling yourself short does little to truly understand the core issues affecting your ability market yourself effectively. Next year the same problems will still be there. There's a big difference between doing it quick and doing it right.

Our team of seasoned professionals will provide the necessary research and study of your Club's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to create not only a model to achieve your short term objectives, but a strategy, vision and process for long term stability and viability in your marketplace.

Club's requiring or desiring a more in custom approach to recruitment of new members can have CMC prepare a market position profile, review of historical trending and a profiling of the membership to determine the specific nature of the Club's membership recruitment or replenishment issues. After meeting with the decision makers and reviewing the market data, CMC will create a membership initiative and process that will address both short and long range issues and present the program to the decision makers for final approval.

Generally, this process can begin with either a one day evaluation site visit or in combination with a market position report. The term of this engagement can be flexible but is generally set at twelve months during which CMC will continue to monitor and create new programs taking advantage of seasonal influences.

The custom designed programs address all conditions that may affect the marketability of the Club from categories of membership, price, graphics program, personnel and facilities. In every case of the custom designed program, decisions as to the program to be launched is predicated on a historical trending, market conditions and other specifically pertinent market data, which is gathered and presented by CMC.
